Welcome to Paragon Business Consult! This Refund Policy (“Policy”) outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds will be considered for digital services provided by us. By using our services, you agree to comply with this Policy.

Eligibility For Refunds

Refund Conditions: 

    • Project Start Time: No refunds will be provided if 48 hours have passed since the project commencement.
    • Digital Products: We provide only digital services; therefore, physical product returns do not apply.
    • Partial Refunds: A partial refund may be considered if the project is completed but does not meet the specifications agreed upon by the client.

Refund Request Process

  1. Requesting A Refund: To request a refund, please contact us at support@paragonconsult.co.za within 48 hours of project commencement, providing:
    • Proof of purchase (receipt or order number).
    • Detailed reason for the refund request, including specific issues with the project deliverables.
  2. Review: All refund requests will be evaluated by our team on a case-by-case basis.
  3. Approval:  If your refund request is approved, we will initiate the refund of the applicable amount within 30 days using the original method of payment.

Non-eligible items

Exclusion: Refunds will not be provided under the following circumstances:

  • Projects for which 48 hours have passed since the start.
  • Projects completed and meeting the specifications agreed upon.
  • Services that have already been delivered and used.
